Everything was awesome, excellent food, and friendly service - by which I mean that initially waiters told us they ran out of the dish we wanted to eat, but quickly they got it. Everything is tasty. It's not cheap, but affordable - in Europe you can't get this much tasty and real food for 86 BRL (13€). The only inconvenience is that it's A LOT. I didn't need a dinner that evening. :)

Ainda é o melhor chambaril do Recife, mas não consigo recomendar mais. Saio de lá sempre com a mesma dúvida: até quando (ou melhor, até quanto) vale a pena? Com a fama, veio a escalada de preços no carro-chefe da casa que não faz o menor sentido. Apesar da qualidade do chambaril, cobrar 150 reais para um chambaril para 2-3 pessoas é demais, principalmente considerando a baixa qualidade dos acompanhamentos: arroz branco sem graça e sem tempero, e uma porção minúscula de legumes, que vem METADE de cada legume para você dividir com as 2-3 pessoas. Estamos falando de legumes. Mal come uma pessoa. O atendimento caiu bastante também, nos últimos anos, você percebe isso na própria postura dos garçons, que estão sempre afastados, meio emburrados muitas vezes, sem fazer a menor questão de nada. São pequenos detalhes que fazem muita diferença, principalmente para quem vai de bairros longe comer no restaurante. O Luna ainda é aquele lugar que eu sempre volto, mas atualmente apenas uma ou duas vezes por ano, e não mais uma vez por mês.

gostei muito do chambaril mas acho que falta um pouco de sal e tempero em geral. com alguns ajustes ficaria perfeito. a torta de queijo com calda de goiabada é sensacional.

Best regional food restaurant in Recife. Serving the best of tradicional northeastern / Pernambucana food. Cow angle stew is the main dish! Excellent!
